2025 is here, and with that came some huge law changes within the Woodland Park City Ordinance. As of January 1st, 2025, the City of Woodland Park has decided to completely outlaw non-owner occupied short-term rentals (STRs) in residential areas, and is no longer renewing existing business licenses related to STRs in residential areas!

Given the new restrictions, the vast majority of STRs in Woodland Park can no-longer be utilized as short-term rentals, effective immediately.
